Precise Construction celebrates the completion of a new ambulatory surgery center for Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVA) in Lake Nona, Florida.
In partnership with Hunton Brady Architects, Precise delivered the 9,899-square-foot facility via a Design-Build approach. The center was designed for cardiovascular procedures and includes two hybrid operating rooms, one procedure room, and eight recovery stations.
Constructed on the fourth floor of an occupied six-story office building, the project presented numerous logistical challenges. The Precise team worked nights and weekends to transport equipment and materials to the upper floors without disrupting other tenants.
“We are excited to deliver this state-of-the-art medical facility that will expand healthcare options for the Lake Nona community,” said Scott Johnson, President of Precise Construction. “We appreciate the trust that CVA placed in us to partner on this important project.”
This marks the third CVA project completed by Precise in 2025.
