Here are a few of the many organizations we’re passionate about helping.
Located in Lutz, Florida, Joshua House is a safe haven for abused, abandoned, and neglected children, offering therapeutic residential group care in a protected, nurturing, family-like environment for children 6 – 17 years of age.
Hundreds of children have passed through Joshua House since it opened in 1992. With five homes on 11 acres, Joshua House promotes growth, stability, and support specific to each child’s need. Keeping sibling groups together is one of the many ways Joshua House makes a difference.
Precise has been involved with Joshua House from the beginning. Our president, Gregory Johnson, is a founding member of the Friends of Joshua House Foundation. The Precise team donates general contracting services, volunteer hours, and financial support to ensure the continued success of Joshua House and the children who call it home. In 2012 Gregory received the Olin Mott Golden Heart Award in recognition of his years of service to Joshua House.
This state-of-the-art, 60-bed facility for abused, neglected or abandoned children located in Valrico, Florida, brings needed help and hope. With five 3,200-square-foot homes and a multi-purpose building on five acres, A Kid’s Place fulfills its mission to protect and care for all the children who walk through their doors.
As a founding member of A Kid’s Place, our president, Gregory Johnson, played an instrumental role in the creation of this nurturing environment. Precise donated construction services and financial support for the construction of the facilities, which opened in April 2009. Over the years, Precise has continued to support A Kid’s Place through facility maintenance and involvement on the advisory board.
