PRECISE is excited to announce the completion of the new Center for Special Surgery in St. Petersburg, Florida. Developed by Optimal Outcomes and designed by Grace Design Studios, the state-of-the-art facility officially opened in July 2026, with PRECISE serving as the general contractor.

The 20,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center was designed specifically for orthopedic procedures and features six operating rooms and 17 pre- and post-operative recovery stations. Located on the third floor of an active medical office building, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimize disruptions to existing tenants. The PRECISE team successfully navigated the logistical challenges of construction within an occupied facility while maintaining zero operational downtime.

With more than 38 years of experience, PRECISE has successfully completed more than 100 ambulatory surgery centers across the United States.
