Precise is proud to announce the completion of the new Florida Orthopaedic Institute Facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The new 60,879-square-foot, three-story medical office building was developed by Optimal Outcomes and designed by Grace Design Studios. Precise served as the general contractor.

The first and second floors feature an orthopedic clinic with 53 exam rooms, advanced diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and administrative office spaces. A new ambulatory surgery center is currently under construction on the third floor and is scheduled to be completed by June 2026.
