Construction firm Precise Construction joined Flagship Healthcare Properties on Dec. 9 to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new two-story, 46,000 square foot medical office building in Wesley Chapel, FL. The site is across from the New Orlando Health Hospital, which is under construction and opening in 2026. Designed by Kasper Architects, this new outpatient medical facility will support the growing healthcare needs of the Wiregrass Ranch community.

Among the attendees was Hope Kennedy, President of the North Tampa Bay Chamber, who shared, “It was an honor to be part of such an exciting milestone, and we are truly looking forward to watching this incredible project come out of the ground and take shape in our community.”
