Located on the second floor above an active surgery center, this complex project was completed in 10 carefully planned phases over a span of 12 months. Keeping the clinic open and fully operational required constant communication, detailed planning, and flexibility from everyone involved.

To minimize disruptions, the majority of the work was performed during nights and on weekends. The PRECISE team worked closely with FCS staff to relocate people, equipment, and workspaces as needed.

The updated space includes 16 new exam rooms, an expanded lobby with check-in/check-out areas, a larger phlebotomy room, new lab, USP-800 compliant pharmacy, and 24 new infusion stations.
